It was fast and the person who did it was so nice. The carpets look great and feel good on your feet. There were no hidden costs, either. I highly recommend Zerorez!

I like that you don't use soaps to clean the carpets so that they stay cleaner longer. The 2 times I have used Zerorez the guys are always very nice and I feel comfortable having them in my home.

The fellow who came to my home was young and I have to admit to being a bit surprised with how knowledgeable he was. He was also right on time (Comcast-listen up!), did a great job in an efficient manor and was careful in moving my couches and chairs. The carpets also dried completely within eight hours - just as he said they would. My carpets are actually soft now too - not stiff like most cleaning companies leave them. I'd absolutely use Zerorez again and I've recommended them to two other people already. :)

The technicians I've had are professional and friendly. They don't give me a hard time about any of our stains and seem to understand pet issues with consideration. They listen and are thorough.

The carpet is very light color and the solutions always brighten and make the carpet smell great. This is the second time I have used zerorex and have been very pleased both times. I will use them again and will make sure my friends know of the great service.
