Client Testimonials
I appreciated the process you use so that no residue is left behind and that your products are all eco friendly, as I have a 6 month old grandbaby moving in with us, (along with her parents of course, lol)
It could not have been easier and they did a great job! I will definately use them again.
Good available. Job done well and timely.
WE've alwats been pleased with your service. The carpet looks great!
Flexibility
Birch was our technician and was a pleasure to deal with.
Very kind, efficient, great results, and reasonable price!
Very attentive, answered any questions you may have. Made sure we were happy with the service when it was completed, to see if there were any spots he missed, and we may still have a concern about. The company was a great choice!
He did a vey good job. Pleased
Mathew was wonderful to work with! He was very Knowledgeable, polite and helpful! He helped me and my seller to get the carpets that were filthy, cleaned in a timely manner before putting the house on the market. Definitely would use him again.
Our technician 10/1/26 was excellent, process resulted in visible improvement! We've used Zerorez multiple times. I was disappointed not getting a call 30 mins prior to arrival... tho' arrival was within the promised service window. I like the non-chemical approach.
Matthew was an excellent technician and did a beautiful job on our rugs
Rugs look great, price is fair!
Did great work. Will recommend to friends
Prompt and thorough every time.
Rafael did amazing work! The carpets looked fantastic - which is impressive with how yucky they started! The furniture, too. Love that they didn't feel crunchy after they dried. Zerorez is our go to for sure! Thank you, Rafael!
I had a great service from Birch
Birch did a magnificent job on cleaning our carpet. This is the second time he has cleaned our carpet and has done a good job each time. I would definitely request and recommend him to other.
Matthew did my cleaning and he was personable and efficient. He's a keeper. I would like to have him next time I have Zerorez. Also, my carpets look great. This is my 3rd time to use Zerorez and I plan to use them every time I need my carpet cleaned. Two of my friends have had Zerorez as well b/c I recommended you!
Charles was a great service technician. Explained everything, did a great job. Even took time to say hello to our dog who was curious about the hoses.
High quality work done consistently and at very reasonable prices. We've been using Zerorez for 7-8 years now and you guys always do a fantastic job. Thank you so much! I recommend you to people all the time.
I am very impressed by Matthew Lowenstein, your technician. He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job! He explained each step and educated me on your products! Zerorezz is my forever carpet cleaner!

A clean cleaning. No chemicals
Matthew was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He did a great job cleaning the carpets as well as two couches. Definitely pleased with how well he did and will recommend to others!
The carpet feels nice as well as looks nice after it dries. The people who I talk to and who come are very accommodating.
However, our couch and big chair are sitting on sliders and are easy to move. It would be appreciated if the cleaner would move them when he does the cleaning so that under them would be clean also.
The zerorez process leaves the carpets looking great, with no leftover residue and the dry time was very quick. Our technician Birch went right to work and got the job done quickly. We have used Zerorez in the past and had similar results.
