I have been using your services for more than 15 years I think. I love the product because it is a real clean, not a chemical clean. There is no residue left on the carpet that just gets dirty again or it comes up through the carpet. And because there are no chemicals involved, it is much healthier for everyone in the household, including the pets. I have had my carpets cleaned 19 times by you, according to the technician that most recently cleaned them. Every technician I have had through the years has been professional and well trained to do a good job. And the most current technician I had was exceptional. Even the receptionists are always professional & accommodating. It is a pleasure to be able to rave about your company!

Honest and great cleaning procedure
Our carpet looks so much better even though it is getting quite old. And I love that the carpets were all dry in the time frame that the cleaner gave us. He was a very personable and kind man and did a great job.
The tech showed up right on time. He was courteous and accommodating.
I had a unique situation for him to clean my couch and several area rugs outside as I was getting new floors in my house! He didn't skip a beat!
Got right after all the pieces of that sectional sofa, offered and applied some special spot treatments and got to work!
He was throughout and efficient! He did all the cleaning and above and beyond by hanging the area rugs over our fences even though I told him we would do it!

This was my first time using Zerorez. My daughter has used them for years. The technician who came to the house was very professional and thorough. What I liked best was the cleaning process. My carpets were not saturated with water. They were sprayed
with a cleaning solution and then brushed and vacuumed. Our home has white carpeting and it cleaned beautifully. They also cleaned a 5x7 area rug and special treated some pet stains. I will definitely use them again.

The Technician, Zach, was attentive to what my carpet cleaning needs were and did a great job of cleaning. Also gave me good advice for how to maneuver around our carpets until they were dry and speed up the drying process.
