Always pleased with quality of procedure done to clean carpet. Service provider did a good job but was not as informative on what he would be doing and wasn't as friendly as previous service providers have been.
Technician notified me of his coming, arrived on time, listened to my needs and gave me useful information while getting right to work and finishing quickly. He cleaned up, had my bill ready and we were done. The rugs look great and everything went as well as it could. Can't beat any of it.

The service person arrived on time, actually early. He did a complete walk through and asked questions as needed. He finished in a timely manner and the rugs looked great. Advised as to time needed to properly dry. Will definitely call ZeroRes next time our rugs need cleaning.
