Good communication with the company; the technician, Jacob, asked if he could come earlier than scheduled which worked wonderfully. He arrived as scheduled and got straight to work after explaining what he was going to do. He perfectly cleaned the carpet in a small living room & hall, he cleaned a love seat and recliner chair and returned them to their original colors!! All this, well done, in less than 90 minutes. I will use Zerorez again.

Super easy to schedule and work with them. We were able to communicate really well about expectations for the carpet cleaning (some of the stains were cleanable and some were permanent). The technician who came to my house seemed to really care and enjoy his work.

I liked the fact that the cleaning of my carpet didn’t leave a soapy residue also, the Technician was polite, and showed up on time.

Does not leave a residue on my carpet that cleaners with detergents might.
