Only one complaint, the technician didn't use footsies over his shoes. Very particular about people removing shoes when come into our home, but other than that, great service!!

There were no surprises. No hidden fees. All work was clearly explained and priced. Even though the carpets are 22 yrs old, they look very good and all the pet stains are gone! Justin was courteous, conscientious and professional. We would definitely use Zerorez again!
