First off, I LOVE that there are no chemicals or soap used in this process but ONLY water! UNBELIEVABLE AND AMAZING! I have had a spot on my carpet--a big unsightly one--for a long time. It is not visible at present, and I am so happy (I have a group of people coming over on Tuesday). I know spots often reappear after a time, but I'm so thrilled that it's not visible currently, I may not even care if it comes back. Joel was great.
Love that Zerorez will clean so many different things - and that they offered to seal my grout after deep cleaning my shower saving me the effort and the run to the hardware store.

There's no smell and the carpet is pleasant to walk on. The only thing I found was the young man did not move the night stands in my bedroom and didn't catch a couple of spots in the living room.
