I have always used the type of services that use "soap" & lots of water. I really appreciated the gal on the phone, Jessica,who explained your process of cleaning which made me want to try Zerorez. Tim, the service man who came to our house we just purchased, explained even further in complete details exactly how Zerorez worked. Your employee called ahead on the day of our appointment, said he would be here in 20 minutes and he was here. He was professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. He was finished in a half-hour. We were very pleased. Our carpets are clean and look like new.

We recently purchased our home and wanted them cleaned as the previous owner had 4 children and there were some spots throughout the carpet. Our carpet looked great after Zerorez cleaned them. I was worried the carpet would feel weird (crusty) after it was dried, and that wasn't the case. The guys were on time to our appointment. They were not there an exceptionally long time - I think 90 minutes for a 2000+ sq ft project. The estimate I was given when booking was a dollar range and the final amount was within that range. The carpet was mostly dry by the time we went to bed, if not for sure by the next morning. There was zero smell associated with the cleaning, which was good, as we have a 1 year old. We won't hesitate to call Zerorez again when we need our carpets cleaned.

I like that my house doesn't smell like chemicals and the carpet is soft, fresh and clean looking, and my carpet is fairly old. It hasn't been long enough to see if the dirt will gather back in the spots that attract it most. But without the use of soap, I feel confident that it won't.
The guy who did my carpet was efficient, thorough and very nice.
