Cleaned very well, we had some oil dragged in on the bottom of someone's shoes and as hard as we tried to clean it , we ended up making our carpet look worse. The man that was here explained the H2O used very well and the products used to get the oil out. It looks fabulous now, you would never know we had oil on those spots. The whole rest of the carpet that was cleaned looks amazing as well.
The man we had here was very nice, very professional, very receptive to all my questions, and very respectful.
