The gentleman who cleaned the carpet the best that it has looked in the last four times we have used Zerorez. Even though there is wear at lease it does not still look dirty in the wear areas. He did an excellent job!

We only wish the appointment times are within a two hour period, four hours is a long time especially for those with pets that may need to arrange for them to get to the kennel or other care.
