I liked the fact that the provider called ahead to alert me as to when he was arriving and did a walk through of the house as to what I wanted to have cleaned. It only took an hour from start to finish. What I am most happy with though is that there was no odor or chemical smell after the carpet was cleaned. I will definitely contact Zerorez again and recommend them to my friends as one of my friends recommended them to me.
By the way it was a great pleasure to have Glenn do the work and such a personable fellow. He was very easy to talk to and work with.
