No use of chemicals
Great job on older high traffic carpet. The Tech was professional, fast, showed up in the time frame and was polite. The cost was only $20 more than another carpet cleaning company we used in the past that did not get our carpets as clean as Zerorez did.

He explained everything he was doing and was flexible in calculating our "3 room" area. I had one over sized room and a set of stairs to do. This is the second time Zerorez has been to our house and they are the only ones we'll use!
