The overall good job at a fair price

carpet dried alot faster. Technician gave sound advice... turn on AC to 65 vs turn up heat to dry carpets... no one else told me to do that.
Will need to call to have technician return because one strip got missed.

Products are great...it's wonderful knowing that I don't have a lot of chemicals in my carpet. The service was outstanding!!!

The appointment staff were helpful, prompt and friendly. I received a convenient and quick appointment time so that my carpet could be cleaned without much waiting. When the truck arrived at the expected time, the driver had called to give me a heads up while on his way. Very nice to have time to prepare for his arrival. The driver/operator was courteous, helpful, careful and extremely thorough -having listened carefully to all my concerns and addressing each with good solutions. I couldn't be happier and my carpets look great!
