I like that the carpet was soft and comfortable to walk on afterwards, not stiff and scratchy like I've experienced before. My pets were able to roam freely about the house as soon as the carpet dried. There was no odor of perfumes or anything like that. The man who came to my house was very courteous and careful. He was knowledgeable, he answered all my questions with ease and was quick and concise with his answers.

Kevin notified us a couple days before that he might be early, I spoke with the office the day of our appointment about being notified before Kevin would arrive. They promptly called him to find out his schedule and then called me back. Kevin then called when he was 30 min away. Kevin was very professional and efficient. I have to say that our carpets look better than they have in years. The cleaning gave the carpet on our on our stairs new life.

I like that they are chemical free

The carpet looked absolutely beautiful when you were done. No crunch under your feet when you walk on it! The technician was polite, courteous, and kept in contact with me to let me know when he would be there. He also called me as soon as he was finished. A great job all around!! I'm very satisfied and have no problem recommending Zerorez to friends and family.
