This was the 2nd time I have called Zerorez to clean my carpets. I find the pricing very reasonable. My carpets smell wonderful, the technician, Zachary was very nice. He called a little bit before arriving to let me know he was on the way. I'll call again when the need arises.

I cannot be more pleased. The technician, Bentley, let me know he was on his way and then arrived when he said he would. He was friendly and professional and explained everything well. My carpets and a recliner
had not been properly cleaned for a long time and were pretty gross. I wasn't expecting them to get very clean. My 15+ year old carpet almost looks brand new and the smell is amazing; so fresh and clean 😁 I'm thrilled! I would definitely recommend you give them a call today. Thank you!!!

Our carpet cleaner was very thorough. It was stressful to come home to a mess (furniture and things in different places), but was able to rearrange after carpet dried. Was prepared for what to expect at home.
