No residue thorough cleaning from professionals
I would not use anyone but Zerorez and I always ask for Nick as he works so hard to make everything perfect and he is careful with my furniture and walls, etc. He is always very professional have been using Zerorez for a very long time---years! I think it makes my carpet last longer because it is clean, not laden down with chemicals and the wrong kind of water. The front desk is always very helpful too and tries to schedule me for just the time I am wanting.

This was our 3rd cleaning and I've been happy each time. We received a call the day prior to the cleaning as expected. On the day of the cleaning, our tech William called to let us know he was ahead of schedule. It was great that he could come earlier. Williams was very professional from beginning to the end. He set good expectations of cleaning our older carpet and did a great job cleaning. We will use this service again.
