I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned. Bently was friendly, quick, clean and he explained the different options well.

What I like about the service is that being a long time customer is, again very well knowable tech helped with a previous carpet cleaning service that didn't work. I had to get carpets cleaned ASAP and Zerorez couldn't accommodate my schedule. Used a steam cleaner service and regretted it. Zerorez came in after and clean an already just steamed cleaned getting dirty again carpet. The service tech just handled it. Summary: stay with what works and plan ahead.

Zachary was my technician and was very knowledgeable and professional. My apartment smelled terrible from cat urine, and Zerores got rid of a stench that we could not get out ourselves. I was very impressed with how fast and efficient the cleaning process was.
