Our technician Bentley called before arriving & was very professional. He verified my cost to make sure I got the best deal. Our carpets look great! Carpet feels soft & no odors, so I love the final product

He was friendly and polite, worked quickly and diligently. Sadly, some of the stains have already reappeared in less than a week but the carpets do look better than they did.

The technician called before arriving to give ETI, which was very helpful. I liked that the technician was polite & respectful.
After talking about areas to be worked, The technician went right to work & Job was completed in a timely fashion.

William, technician, was professional and timely. He listened, explained, gave clear expectations and goals. My trouble spots on my carpet are cleaner than expected. I have been a Zerorez customer for over 10 years and will continue.

It has been two weeks since I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez and are still happy with the results. The stains have not come back. The technician was very professional and listened to my concerns. I will call them back next time I need my carpets cleaned.

We are pleased with the service provided by Zerorez. The operator was on time and careful with our house. He was good to explain what he was going to do. Also gave us options if he ran into problems with our carpet. The carpet was only a year old but looked better after he was done. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone that asked.

Very easy to set up on line or on the phone, great email/text reminders, very friendly, professional and thorough service technicians who did a superb rug cleaning job in a timely manner. It is really hard to hit all the buttons on what makes a service company great, but Zerorez does it!

Great customer service from Chris Taylor! He was friendly and professional, and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the outcome - asking us if there were any spots or sections we weren't happy with before packing up to go. Equally pleased with the look, feel, and wonderful smell of our carpet now!
