What do you like about our products and services?

The service performed was very thorough. We have had a lot of experience with Stanley Steemer. Lately, they have been in and out while adding on all kinds of services that should really be included. Thanks for spending some time getting the carpets cleaned.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like that you don't use chemicals. The guys have been professional and curteous.
There are some spots I wish they could've gotten out but maybe too set in. The carpet looks MUCH better! Dried in the time frame they told me. I'm pleased. My couch looks cleaner too after they cleaned it.

Every thing. My rep was great, talkative, possative and explained everything he was doing and why. Never left me or my carpet in the dark. Lol. I've used others in the past and I have 2 LARGE dogs and will never use any one but Zerorez again.

Zerorez came Highly recommended by a friend, and after some local quote checks we booked them. They said they would arrive between 12-4 pm. They pulled into my driveway at 11:58! I had a large room plus hall that the previous owners left stains and spots on, plus my old dog with an old bladder and my puppy (you know what that means) left their own marks. Not only were they on time, they were so nice, quick, thorough and my very sensitive sniffer can NOT smell even a hint of urine and the carpet is still damp! I am so very impressed, they have a new loyal customer :)! Oh, and I heard they do furniture too! Thank you guys so much!!

I’ve used zerorez 3 times over the past few years and they always do a great job! Whatever their process is my carpet seems to stay clean smelling a lot longer than it ever did with other services. William, who cleaned for me this time did a fantastic job and was very courteous and professional!

I like the green nature of the product. Our service technician Joel went to extra effort to ensure our carpets were clean. He removed spots I never thought would come out.

I loved how quickly zero rez was to respond to my request to schedule a cleaning and all correspondence through email, how professional and kind the guy was that came! He made sure I knew what to expect, asked if I had any specific spots I was concerned about, did a thorough job and after he cleaned my carpets and chair, he asked me make sure they were up to my standard. He was not in a rush and was calm and quiet. He was personable and understood where I was coming from when I said I had 4 girls so things get dirty so quickly!
