This is the second time you've come out to clean the carpets and unfortunately the stains are still there. I've heard such wonderful results from other people who have used zerorez that I'm not sure what I was expecting. We recently bought this house so I have no idea what made these stains, but it's obvious that they're tough!
The carpets look great, and the service person was fantastic. He was very professional and kind.

Your Technician was friendly and listened to us. There were a few spots not removed from our carpet, but since we just moved in we didn't know what it was that caused the stain. The cleaning of our tile was absolutely amazing! We didn't know all the color that was in our carpet before it was cleaned by Zerorez! It is beautiful! Our floors are clean and smell great. Thank you.

The finished product (carpets) were far better than any previous carpet cleaning service.
Technician was at our house at the time requested. Carpet dried fast and most stains removed.
Mitch was very careful with his equipment and checking the grout. However now that all the grout has dried, there are several areas that are much darker than other areas so I am not sure that it is as clean as it could be.
I like the fact that there is no chemical residue
Customer service by the tech was outstanding.
Make sure that the tech is consistent and cleans ALL the carpet in the same direction. The nap in my living room was cleaned in two different directions. The traffic areas could have been cleaned better. Residue was left around an area that the tech spot cleaned. I was not happy with the living room carpet....Name removed
How clean it always gets our carpets and quickly they dry to get things back to normal
Jeff was really great. Very Professional, thorough, and friendly. I thought he did a great job. Offered additional services and answered my questions, but didn't get pushy. He had a problem with his truck that took some time, but he was honest with me, and communicated with me, so it was not a problem.
I was not happy with your reservation process. I was told that someone would call me on Thursday afternoon to let me know a time for my appointment. I had some people lined up to help me, and I told them I would call them Thursday night with the final details so they could plan for either Friday night, or Saturday AM, depending on the time. I was very disappointed when I got home from work around 6 PM, and all the message said was for me to call. I called and you were closed. I can't believe I am your only single homeowner who works. May I suggest you either tell people they have to call you on Thursday afternoon, or leave the time on the message? It really was very inconvenient for me not to know the time that evening.
Your radio ads are very misleading. Expected extra for some spot cleaning but an 8" x 8" area? Also expected something closer price wise to your advertised 129.00 for 3 rooms. And the hard surface is about 50% of what I expected.
