I spoke to Lindsay and told her the specifics. Right now we are unwilling to move all our furniture again, so will have to wait and see. I know we have 30 days.
As I told Lindsay, I have used zerorez for 15 years in MN and now 10 years in AZ - not sure who we will be using in the future.

We like how clean the carpets get without using harsh chemicals, the customer service and techs are always great! We will continue to refer Zero Rez. With that said, we continue to request that Zero Rez offer longtime returning customers special deals like promotional offers for new customers. Big dissapointment.....NOT a fan of the tipping policy/expectation!

How quickly you come out to service carpet!

Robert did a great job. Explained the process, and recommended different treatments for the stains we had on the carpets.

The products did a wonderful job of cleaning. The person who came out to clean my carpets was very kind, professional and thorough and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. I would highly recommend your company.

The technicians were nice but I don't believe the service warrants the charge. I ordered the tile and grout service and the grout still had quite a few dark spots and certain areas weren't cleaned.

cleaning was minimal, i can do better with my home floor cleaner

I thought my tech was amazing! Loved her lovely friendliness and drive! Plus my carpets looked brand new! I think this company is the best and the prices are the best!

The first technician had a dirty machine and leaving dog hairs all in my carpet. The second tecnician that came did clean his machine so he gets A rating. You need to make sure machines are clean before cleaning a customers carpet, etc.

Mario, was an excellent tech, personable, efficient, and paid attention to detail. Both the carpets and upholstery were cleaned and refreshed.

Second time was a huge success. We have older carpets (30 year) with pet stains, but carpet looks like new now.
