I was called by the tech to see if he could come early. I was busy with my one year-old and didn’t get the call but did call back within 15 to 20 minutes when I saw the missed call. I talked to the tech and he said he could be at my house in 10 minutes and verified that it was still OK to come early. I said yes. 10 minutes later, he wasn’t here. 20 minutes later he wasn’t here. I assumed maybe he had to stop for gas or something, but ultimately ended up calling him. I was told that his schedule was rearranged and now he wouldn’t be at my house until 1130. It would’ve been nice to get a phone call, explaining the change especially when I just spoke with him. Every subsequent time of arrival he gave me was inaccurate. I understand there is a time window for a reason, but when someone says they will be here within a certain amount of time I expect that. He ended up being very nice and sounded like he had a busy day. Ultimately communication could’ve been better.

The price quoted me over the phone was lower than the one from the tech in person, and when I called to double check with your office, the price she told me was also higher than my original quote. Since you didn’t send any confirmation with the price quoted it was my word against yours.
I did get a good clean but even with the sealer, it’s a matte finish now. Was just the grout sealed or the entire surface.?
