I was so impressed with the Technician, Richie. He is like a Phd of carpet science. He explained everything about dirt, and getting it out, and different kinds of stains, and how to get them out, and he was friendly, and funny. He had such a nice manner and he smiled while he was explaining how he would get the stain out of the carpet where my son-in-law spilled his craft beer while he was watching the Packers lose. I told Richie this was high stakes cleaning for me, because we are having a relative come to stay for a few days, and she would be an Olympic Gold Medalist in House Cleaning (if there was such an event). I told him, it was really important to get my carpets cleaned so I could at least be a Bronze Medalist in the House Cleaning Event, and at least to get on the awards platform, next to this lady. Richie did such an amazing job on our carpets. Richie also was so careful not to scratch our new door, and he wore the foot slipper thingies to keep things clean in our house. Richie was nimble, smart, and quick. I would give him an A-plus in every aspect of his work. I can’t say enough about the people that work for Zerorez. the people are top notch! We hadn’t had Zerorez out during the Covid year, so it was so nice to finally get the carpets cleaned. I like the Zerorez cleaning products because they are so healthy and mild, but they really get the stains out. The last guy who came out 3 years ago, was also as amazing as Richie. Zerorez seems like the kind of company that puts a lot of emphasis on hiring amazing people, and training these employees on all aspects of carpet cleaning. I could actually see Richie running the company, he’s that smart. Richie came to our house exactly during the time frame promised and he got the job done quickly. Thank-You Zerorez for getting me on the Medal Platform! I feel like together we just landed that quadruple Lutz! I’ll let you know what this relative says when she sees our carpets, especially the spot where her son spilled his craft beer.! Thank-you!

I was interested in the company originally because of the product they use (healthier for my family than other options), but was thrilled with the professional service we received from Tyler and Raphael. They were friendly and courteous, and didn't rush through the initial assessment, but took their time at the beginning to make sure we understood what they could and could not do with their services, and we truly felt that they were working with our best interests in mind, and not just trying to make a sale. (We decided to NOT do one of the pieces we'd considered because of their input!) A company that represents themselves this way is definitely going to get my repeat business because I know that they are more interested in doing their job right than just making money.
