My carpets looked great and dryies fast!
Carpet is not super wet when completed and ceiling fan running for 5-6 hours dries most of the moisture. Everything smells fresh when completed and no sticky residue on the carpet.
We have been using ZeroRez for years. We have always had extremely polite workers and they all have done a great job. I would not use anyone else.

The men that came out were great. I have nothing but good things to say about them. However, I would not recommend anyone do Zerorez for duct cleaning as I have no idea why I paid three times as much as your competitors. I thought I would get to see a before and after to even see the dust that was cleaned out, but I didn't get to see any proof of anything. I don't understand why you are so much more expensive? I will never pay that much again. I thought maybe you did some extra steps, but that was not the case. Nothing above and beyond any other duct cleaning I have had done. In fact this was much faster than ones I had in the past so I just don't get it?

Quality results and great service
Zerorez uses their own clean water supply instead of using my outdoor water source. Organic matter stains (pet stains, etc) are sprayed with a specific type of pretreater then agitated into the carpet with a specialized machine to bring the pretreater down to the bottom of the carpet. After all this, then the rest of the carpet is steamed clean to perfection. My tech this time around, Jamond, was fabulous. He listened to my concerns and told me what he would be doing. He was professional, considerate of his surroundings, and thorough.

We have had Zerorez for years and will continue to do so. The carpets this time had just been through a re-do in several rooms, a tougher job than usual. But! The job was excellent and the carpet again looked good.
