I like the fact that they are prompt, professional and polite. Also, the fact that they know what they are doing. I was really glad that Zero Rez was able to travel to Taylors Falls to clean the carpet in my dad's house before we put the house on the market to sell. The carpet had never been cleaned so it was really pretty soiled and smelled. Alex came over and I told him our concerns and what we wanted to accomplish. I was first just going to do carpets but after trying to find new furniture for my dad's new place and finding out they were 6 weeks out for shipping, I decided to just clean the sofa and love seat he had. I was so impressed. Almost all the spots came out of the carpet and sofa and loveseat. It really brightened up the whole house once it was done and I'm sure this will make a huge difference in the selling of my dad's house. When you came into the house before it smelled. We cleaned and cleaned but the smell was still there. Alex used a special tool that pulls up dirt and debris that had been impeded in the carpet for years and years. I could not believe how much stuff he pulled up. This is why Zero Rez is our one and only choice for carpet (and furniture) cleaning.
