The cleaning services were excellent, but we had an issue that resulted in a damage claim. Zerorez contacted me the very next morning and told me they work forward my concerns to a manager. Justin was amazing. He was prompt and very thorough with his explanation of what he was going to do and the process in general. I had some questions with regard to what happens after (how soon can I walk on it, when can I move stuff back, etc) and he answered all of them with an additional explanation. First time using Zerorez. I bought my own Rug Doctor and have been disappointed with the results. Your technician, Dayquan, did a fantastic job! My wife said “It looks like we got new carpeting!” Will probably make this an annual carpet cleaning with Zerorez.
