Appreciated having them come back & do the job completely (1st person new & didn't do correctly.). Maybe when people call to schedule they could inform the customer what the can/cannot do. I was told by 1st person that if I wanted furniture moved it would cost extra!.

Nick did a great job. He was professional, timely and helpful. Appreciate the non-chemical cleaning of the carpets and was grateful they dried quickly.

I had about 6 months of puppy odor in my carpet and it's absolutely gone! Even my puppy can't "find himself" anymore! The person who took my first inquiry was so helpful in understanding my situation and made sure that I understood all of the options and prices. Finally, the technician who was here took time to explain everything he was finding with his tech sensor, helped me understand the different options, and explained the associated costs. There was NO "hard sell" at any point.
