I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the woman who scheduled our carpet cleaning on short notice. I liked that the technician was always in contact with me about the time of arrival and they were even able to start the job hours earlier than we thought—a huge benefit for us. The technicians were kind and thorough. The end result was clean, fluffy carpet! I would strongly recommend ZEROREZ.
