The final results are outstanding!! We had carpet cleaning in multiple rooms along with the grout in our heavy traffic areas. Even though there are a few spots in the grout that didn't come out, we are pleased with the results. The grout hadn't been professionally cleaned or sealed in over 20 years. It looks like new again!!
