Scheduling was quick, technicians were knowledgeable and friendly and my carpets were fresh and clean without any chemical odors when they were done!

The technician was very attentive to my allergy problem. We spoke about the ingredients and I said citrus was fine. He then mixed a solution and asked me to smell it and I agreed it was okay. After doing a small portion of the carpet he asked again if was bothering me and I replied no. What a great technician to be that concerned.

Zerorez made the process very simple! The appointment was easy to make. The woman who helped make the appointment was very helpful and personable. The cleaning professional (Alex) was great! He did a very thorough job and worked very hard! He was very professional and great with communicating (price, cleaning process, making sure things were done to the customers liking, etc). He was very patient and professional when the van broke down and needed be exchanged as well. He could’ve half done the job or claimed that he finished, and instead was honest and calm. 9/10 due to some stains being visible after carpet dried. All around good experience!

The pricing was reviewed with the Tech. We were advised not to the have sofa cleaned as the Tech stated that the type of material turns brown! We shared that we had some wool area rugs that needed cleaning... Tech quoted prices and loaded the rugs up! They are delivering this Friday.
