I have Zerorez come out yearly, it is my favorite investment. There is nothing better then knowing your carpets are clean when you have young kids who are constantly on the floor! The customer service is hands down. The past 2 years we have had Seth come out. Seth is extremely knowledgeable, personable and happy to answer any questions. we recommend Zerorez to anyone in the market!

The employees are exceptional, to a person. Polite, friendly, and competent. And our carpet looks new every time they clean it. Wow! We have also taken area rugs to be cleaned and the staff there is amazing- we learned things about our oriental rugs that we didn’t know. Kudos to this company for hiring amazing people. It’s not cheap but it’s totally worth the cost.

They are the very best in carpet cleaning. I had a poor old dog that left a spot from diarrhea on my daughters bedroom carpeting. I tried two other services to get it out, to no avail. I thought I would have to replace the carpet in her room before we sold the house. When Zerorez came to clean before the sale or replacement of the carpet, they got the whole spot out...after YEARS! I'm your biggest fan!
