Dylan was excellent! Answered all my questions. Took the time I needed to explain the process for me. Recognized that two of our chairs could be damaged by cleaning so suggested not doing those. One was a chair from my late mother in law so I very much appreciated his expertise. Dylan also put me at ease with the products being safe for our cats. Definitely will use Zerorez again!
Andre did a great job cleaning our carpets and getting out the pet stains. Drying went pretty quickly so that was nice too.

The guys were very nice - Jack, Antonio and Trom. Antonio however was a little too quick on the trigger so things were done a little sloppy but overall a good service. Antonio was very willing and helpful.
