Our technician, Dylan, was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He went through each process that he was going to do, and let me know when there were issues with some old pet stains. He did a wonderful job, and it was also a pleasure to work with him!

We had our ducts cleaned by Zerorez they have a technique and equipment that other duct cleaning companies do not use. They showed me pictures of the actual cleaning in my furnace and in vents. It was worth every cent and I’ll always use Zerorez for duct cleaning-carpets, too!
