Our carpet looked fantastic after having Zerorez treat it! Not only were the staff courteous and helpful, they took the time to let me explain where spots might be troublesome and listened very well. Best of all, Zerorez scheduled an appointment within my availability, and the staff was on-time, and very fast! Despite the size of our basement, the service was completed in just 1h and 30min. Not only is the damp, possibly moldy smell of the basement GONE, I feel like I can breathe comfortably and enjoy the space again.

We have had previous service through various vendors including Sears but no one even comes close to the quality of service that Zerorez provides. We also loved carpet cleaning service that zerorez provided at our home a few months ago and our carpets are still clean!

A variety of services. I added on 2 services while the technician was there. I am concerned though that the duct cleaning might not have made it to the end of heat ducts or dryer ducts but it is definitely better than before their visit.

When I called to make the appointment the gal on the phone was very nice and helpful and was able to schedule a next day service. Chris, the technician, was wonderful. He called to key me know he was on his way, exclaimed my options and the product. He was extremely nice to work with. My my carpet is probably cleaner than when it was our in two years ago. I will never use another company again and will highly recommend Zerorez. I can tell you company takes good care of their employees. If not, no matter how superior the product, I would not use the service. With that said I am extremely happy on every level.

How fast and how GREAT my carpets look. How professional your employee was
I like the professional service and how easy it was to have your representative in our home. He really cared about us, our carpets and doing an excellent job. We plan to have you back to do even more of our home but we want to be sure we get Moe again. So far, Zerorez is living up to all I had heard about it.
