The person doing the cleaning showed up right when they said they would. When he got here, he got straight to the point and did well at explaining exactly what he was going to do. I felt comfortable with him being in my home, and also felt that he knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. I knew that it wouldn't take long; when I set up my appointment the person I spoke with told me it would take approximately an hour, maybe a little longer. It took him almost exactly an hour to do 2 rooms and my staircase, which was impressive. He was very polite when done, and told me what to expect as far as dry time and how my carpet would not stain or get dirty as fast as it did before he cleaned it.

Overall I liked pretty much everything about Zerorez's products and services. The one and only thing that I guess almost made me not make the appointment was when I called to find out prices and possibly make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone and set everything up was not very friendly at all. She spoke real fast (as if she wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible) kind of trying to rush things along, seemed a little annoyed when I asked questions and she repeated herself a lot. The reason I still went through with making the appointment after speaking to her was because it seems like I always hear ads for Zerorez on my two favorite radio stations: 92.5 KQRS KQ92-Morning Show with Tom and Terry, and 107.1 The Jason and Alexis Show on from 12 noon to 3pm Mon-Fri. I assumed they must be good at what they do, I've been listening to these two stations/shows for a LONG time and trust what they say. And I am glad I kept my appointment, despite the woman who gave a kind of negative first impression on the company. I will definitely be calling again in the future and have already recommended these services to a couple friends!

We were very pleased with our service. I'm embarrassed that I can't remember our carpet guy's name. He definitely works to go the extra mile for his customers. He was very aware of doing everything possible to take care of our needs. We asked him to try again to get out a few stains and he immediately went to work on those til he had removed them fully. He left us with absolutely no reasons to give anything but top ratings! Please pay this guy well so he stays on board for you. I don't think he will disappoint you!
