The tech was on time and very personable. We clean our carpet ourselves at least twice a year. This was the first time we've had it done professionally. Our dog was recently sick and had a couple of accidents in the house, and the high traffic areas were looking grungy and worn. Our five year old carpet now looks brand new! It was worth every penny! We'll definitely use Zerorez again and recommend it to our friends and family!

I love that after I have my carpets cleaned by Zerorez they actually feel softer, like I just rolled them up and put them in the dryer, they are softer than some of my clothes. No sticky residue and they look and smell great!
