I felt the young man that came to clean my carpet took his time and really cared about how clean my carpet would be at the end. I am calling today for him to come back and clean 3 more areas for me because I am so pleased with the results.
I had all the furniture removed from the rooms he cleaned and thought that I would get a 10% discount because he had just cleaned my daughters house before she moved in. I went to alot of work to move everything out of the rooms so I was a little disappointed that I did not receive the savings because I did not understand that it was for vacant houses only. Otherwise I was totally satisfied.

Your technician was very honest about the problem and what I could reasonably expect from the treatment. In addition, he had suggestions about what else could be done, and asked if I wanted to try these other options, first. In addition, he had a really rough start to the appointment-getting lost with the GPS, getting stuck in the mud, and having no cell reception to call for help. I think rural Wisconsin was a bit of a shock! However, he never got upset or angry about it. I was impressed with how carefully he kept the home office appraised of his situation. Very professional!

This was the second year that Zerorez has cleaned my carpets and both years have done an
excellent job. The people working are very diligent and take their time insuring that carpets are clean. Not only are the workers diligent, but courteous also and have a willingness to see that their clients are satisfied with the cleaning accomplished.
