You did a tremendous job! Two dogs have taken their toll on the stairs and living room in general. I didn't believe Nick when he said he would lighten up the spot at the top of the steps where one of my dogs lies - it was HORRIBLE. But he did as he promised and I can hardly tell it was discolored in the first place.

The service was excellent and the carpets in our entire home look very, very clean! Our carpets are older but not worn and just needed a good cleaning. We are extremely pleased with the results. No chemical/soap residue left in my carpet to attract dirt. Carpet has never looked so clean and fresh since first installing it. Service people have been very polite, explain each step and cost and are so efficient. (No surprise charges!) I have used their services twice and will certainly call upon them again in the future. Awesome!

Mo was VERY efficient!! I really was amazed how hard he had to work by himself and how efficient even by himself.!! Great employee!! I would definitely hire him if I was needing employees. Very friendly and educated about your products of which I am VERY happy with. The carpets look new again.

I was amazed by my whole experince. Ths guys that came to the house were professionals by every every since of the word. I considered my carpet trashed and when they were done and walked me through the house I was lost for words. The carpet almost looks new and for a carpet that is more than 10 years old what can I say; I am extremely happy. Even the traffic areas looked great. i started bragging to everyone about what a great job your guys did with the carpet. And let me tell you, the price was well worth it, a fraction of new carpet.
