The carpet looks cleaner the any of the other service I had. It is not stiff and dried faster. I was not really happy with the cleaning of the grout on my floor, maybe I was expecting to much. Also that the truck that was sent out was not working properly and I had to wait about 1 hour for another truck to arrive. : - (

I liked the citrus smell of the pre treatment. Our carpet is 25 years old and it cleaned better than I thought it would and it looks really good for it's age. Your tile and grout cleaning is AMAZING!!!!!. The grout looks like it did on the day it was installed. I keep staring at the floor it looks so good. It makes me smile.

I like the immediate dryness and minimal perfune scent that is left - it always smells just clean.

Carpets got very clean - we had spots we could not remove with traditional cleaners but Zerorez did the job. Also had some areas with urine that came up quite well.
