Finally, your scheduling process of refining the service window to three hours 24-48 hours ahead of time, then the technician calling to confirm a specific arrival time is great.

The dry time was quick. I liked the citrus Scent. Love that you can get your carpets cleaned on a Sunday and there is no extra charge. The technician, Chris, was very pleasant to discuss things with was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

Throughout the years I have contracted with many different companies to clean our office carpets. This was absolutely the best result we have ever seen! Carpet Cleaning Technician was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable about service. Respect was shown for our home. Carpet dried in a reasonable amount of time.

Not using chemicals and you brought the water and took it away. The carpeting dried fast and looks much better than it did. A few areas that were more soiled didn't come as clean but cleaner than we had thought.
