The technician Zach was very thorough. Explained everything before he began. Took time to listen to my concerns. Carpets look good.Only have a couple of spots that I don't remember discussing that did not come out so not sure why if they maybe weren't treated different in the beginning.

The carpets look great, with exception of one carpet in the extra bedroom which still has a dark cast to it. We were alittle disappointed with the hidden fees.
