I love the excellent customer service from the gentleman who made my appointment to the very friendly and knowledgable man who actually did my cleaning. I love the way the house smelled fresh and the carpets felt soft after the cleaning.

We have old carpeting that takes a good beating from daily traffic of 4 adults and 2 teens and it looked so good after your team completed. We had some difficult stains also that came out nicely. Your staff/cleaning crew were very professional, courteous and accommodating to our needs. Carpeting did not take long to dry and no residue, etc. left behind. Would highly recommend to others and have already!

How it cleans the carpet and gets the dirt up and my pets accidents smells and stains. It smell so good in the house and makes the carpet look so much brighter.

You should install a clear inspection section in your vacuum line so people can see what's being removed by your cleaning process!

What do you like about our products and services?

Quick dry time. Carpet stay clean longer than with traditional carpet cleaners. Every time I have had Zerorez out to clean my carpets the cleaners have been on time and very professional.
