the service personnel were hard working and very professional and courteous. The floors are very clean, especially one area that was extremely spotted and stained.

The carpets seem so clean and the fresh smell that was there when Adam was cleaning them wasn't overpowering. Sorry it's taken us so long to respond but we've been so busy trying to move in now that the carpets are all nice and fresh. Adam was very profesional and did a real good job.

That they are free of chemicals and that you give clients a bottle of product for spot cleaning. Lars was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Service was on schedule, techs were very courteous and accomadating. The only problem was the brush becoming stuck in one of the ducts. They sent out a couple of techs to take care of it and the problem was resolved quickly and with a smile.

I don't use chemicals in any cleaning so Zerorez is perfect for cleaning carpeting in our home. I also find the technicians to be very polite, thorough, and friendly. This time I had Will and his partner, Ryan. Very nice young men. Will needed to come back and redo an area but I in no way feel the problem came from anything he did....we think his equipment might have malfunctioned toward the end of the cleaning. Zerorez Customer Service was very helpful and willing to send someone out to take a look and take care of the problem and Will took lots of time to be sure it was done correctly and remedied. I am very pleased.

We are a busy family with a large dog. Our family room carpet really takes a beating. We've used other carpet cleaning companies before, but Zerorez does the best. Easy to set-up appointments and when the technician comes to clean the carpet, he/she always walks around the room and ask questions about the stains and soiled areas and then makes suggestions on how to proceed without being pushy. We're always very pleased with the results and will definately use and recommend Zerorez to others.

The whole process was fast. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable about the services being provided. Best of all my carpet looks brand new and no longer has that obnoxious pet odor smell.

Scheduling was easy. The person I scheduled with gave me a lot of information about the process as well as an estimate of the cost. I love that appointments were available 7 days a week, and just a few days out. I technician called as promised and arrived during the promised time. Will told us everything he was doing and did a great job! Carpets look and feel great!
