I liked how professional looking the cleaners were. I liked the pre-call to let me know there would be an 1 1/2 hour window the cleaners would be here, instead of the normal 3 to 4 hour window. The cleaners explained everything, wanted me to look during the middle of the cleaning at the before and after look of the carpet. I just had a really good experience overall with your company.

Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and the carpet turned out very nice. I had a number of spots where my puppy had had accidents and they were able to get out what I hadn't been able to do with other products.

The service men were totally polite, courteous and professional. They called before arrival and arrived on time. They explained what they were doing during every step and did a stellar job treating stains and spots. I am a repeat customer and will definitely use Zerorez again.

Very fast and efficient technicians. Very knowledgeable. Turned out to be more expensive than I was hoping. Anxious to see how long we go before feeling the need to get the carpets cleaned again to see if it was worth it.
Ben, our cleaner, was 100% honest with me about the state of our carpets. Knowing that the stains were going to be hard to remove, he still did his absolute best and put a ton of effort into making our carpets look great. He didn't try to push any additional sales on us.
I also loved the 15 minute courtesy call. It made it very convenient to meet up with the technician at our rental without having to sit around all day.
