Steve and James are wonderful. Steve got out stains from my sick dog, I never thought the carpet could get so clean. We have 3 large dogs so you need a company like Zerorez that get really clean and it only takes a few minutes to dry. I would never use any one else and I have told family & friends to make sure they use you. We will be calling you back in the fall to have our rooms cleaned and I will ask for Steve again.

The guys were the best!! Very professional, very nice & listened they listened to me. They understood I needed to run errands, just bought the house so it was empty...they said we will do the air ducts first then clean the carpet, don't worry about coming back we will lock up for you!

I love that you don't use any harsh chemicals. I've had carpet cleaned twice with Zerorez, and both times I was really impressed by your technicians. Lars and Matt were our techs this last time and they were both fantastic.

Our carpet looks, feels, and smells great. A big factor in choosing Zerorez was our dogs' health and safety. It is comforting to know they are not breathing in toxic chemicals. The tech that came to our house was great. It is alway odd to have a stranger in your home. This tech seemed to be a very honest, good, and capable person. All around, a great experience!

Sean was extremely helpful in explaining what he was going to be doing when he came to the house to clean th ecarpets; very friendly and knowledgable. I also wan tto mention that he was extremely thoughtful and wore shoe covers and was careful going in and out of the house the whole time he was there; very respectfule that he was in someone else's house even though he had a job to do. Recommended a spot treatment product(Zerorez) available as a home owner. I had some pretty significant stains on the carpet that he was able to get really clean; when he left the carpet looked brand new; I was amazed and very satified. I really liked our technician - I've had other carpet cleaners out and felt very pressured to buy a lot of "extras". Our technician described what he saw in the carpet and what he was going to do and it was from the heart. Very sincere - he said he never promises miracles, but knows your carpet will be clean when he's done.
