Service person was a bit pushy on add'l services. I did let him talk me into the overcoat carpet protection. I hope it does what he was telling me but I think I had the same product applied the last time and I didn't see a difference. He did refill my pet stain remover which I appreciated, that is a good product.

The person who cleaned our carpets (Dan Hintze) was very professional, courteous, & knowledgable. Care was taken when performing services so no damage occurred from equipment used. All stains were removed and carpets look refreshed & almost new.

Very friendly and great help to explain the types of stains or spots that I had in the basement. Didn't have the right hose to demonstrate the grout cleaning though.

Seems to have done a very very good job at taking the doggy stains out. The 'path' from one room thru the other seems much better as well!!
