The technicians were very pleasant, efficient and willing to take the time to answer any questions I had. I couldn't believe how quickly they cleaned 3 rooms and a staircase! Even cleaned spots that I thought would be there forever. Some spots remain that I knew wouldn't come out but they still look 10 times better! It looks Great! Definitely will have service from Zerorez again!

Well I only had my ducts cleaned and he did a pretty good job and was very nice lil problem with the equipment cuz the head was to big to get into my vents but overall very satisfied

Our carpets were a disaster for various reasons including dog urine from two small puppies. Erik did a fantastic job explaining the process and the products. He took his time and was very careful in removing the stains and odors from the carpets. When he left the carpets looked almost new and smelled wonderful. I couldn't be happier.
Loved the "door curtain" that kept my air conditioning inside on a super hot day. Chris worked very hard to get out a few spots, including some I didn't know that I had.

Very friendly associates. Easy to schedule - were able to come within 2 days of calling and on a Sunday to boot! Pleased with the results - I was moving into a new house and there were some stains on the carpet that were hidden by their furniture. I didn't see them until they moved out and was disappointed the carpet wasn't in the condition I thought it was. You were able to get the stains out and the carpet looks great!
