It was quick and I didn't have to break my back doing the work myself. The only thing I didn't like is the variation of the quote via the phone and the actual cost. We went from under $250 to $450. Just did not seem fair how the pricing was done and the huge variation between the 2. Thank you

The technicians took the time to do look around & talk with me before they did the job. They did 2 extra area rugs for me and pre tested an antique fainting couch before they did the whole thing, just to make sure it wouldn't discolor the fabric. The carpet looks great!
