What do you like about our products and services?

I got my air ducts cleaned and it left one of the rooms dusty, but Zerorez was more then willing to make things right by cleaning the chair and carpet. A happy wife makes a happy husband.

Juan Arredondo was my tech. He was very friendly and thorough. He would stop and explain things as he went along, and give helpful suggestions. Very knowledgeable. Carpet looks great!

Simply, it is the cleanest anything or anyone has gotten our carpets. And I wish you could bottle the clean smell that is unique to Zerorez instead of the perfume and industrial smell with any other cleanings we have done or had done. Thanks Zerorez.

What do you like about our products and services?

The team that came to service my carpets and couches called when they were 15 minutes away which was appreciated. They walked thru the house before the services and at the end. They were knowledgeable about the product and service. It was important that the cleaning was chemical free. I was very pleased with the services that I received.

I have had Zero Rez a few times.Each Technician has been extremely friendly and did there job well.My recent most visit was beyond a "10" as far as doing a great job.Be very proud of Ryan Wicks as your Employee!Top notch for a young man in todays working world.Someone tought this young man a great work ethic and how to take pride in his work.This is clearly not"just a job" to him.Top notch,Ryan.Great luck to him in all he does.I would hope he is our carpet tech next time.On a side note,I can't really say that as far as how Michelle called and addressed "my time" issue.Someone needs to remind this Gal that I or we are still the customer.Any questions regarding this statement,someone other she could call.Thanks again Ryan,and Zero Rez!

Our technician, Chris Compton, worked very hard to do what was right, to get our carpet as clean as he could and to help me with how to keep it that way. I have never had someone so interested in providing this level of service in this industry! Thanks to Chris I will definitely use your company again! :)

They were very clear in their explinations of what they were going to do and how much it will cost. Took care to wear shoe protectors, protected all of the corners in the house with gards and had a special cover for our door so our dog wouldn't escape
