Our tech Chris Renslow was very professional and thorough. Chris went through our house and reviewed each room with us before and after. Explained all our options. Chris took care not to damage our woodwork and walls. He really seem to take pride in his job and respected our home. We'd definitely call Zerorez next time we need our carpets cleaned, and would make sure to request Chris.
Our carpeting looks very nice after it was cleaned by Zerorez. Also I felt the technician who worked on our carpeting did a very fine job.

He was very personable, he described every aspect of what services that was performing, he asked if we were satisfied with the service, and was open to correcting anything that was not satisfactory. We are totally satisfied with his service and will be recommending him to our friends. He indicated that he enjoys working for Zeroez. Mark was very professional. I had not used Zerorez before so he explained the process and got right to work. Mark encountered what he called the worst cat urine smell in my carpet.
When one process did not work to his satisfaction he tried another. Something he had never done before. It worked. Cat urine will never be 100% gone but it is almost gone and certainly tolerable until we replace the carpet.
No residue, smells great and dries quickly
Your service man was very polite and efficient! Your product cleaned our old Berber carpet better than anything else used in the past, as well. Our couch and loveseat cleaned up very nicely as well. Very satisfied with your product.
The products they use are safe for pets and kids and the carpet does not feel crunchy, it just feels clean.
