Zerorez did a great job deep cleaning my carpets. Aaron was friendly and informative. The only small complaint I have is that I noticed a tiny area next to my entertainment stand that wasn't cleaned. I'm sure it's because Aaron couldn't get the cleaning head into it. I can use the spot cleaner I bought and take care of it myself.

Quick, affordable

I was very impressed with how well zerorez removed some stubborn stains that didn't come out with other cleaning methods.

Zerorez came to my house twice. The first time was to clean my carpets and the second was to return my rugs. When they returned my rugs, they ensured they were lined up appropriately and help move my furniture back into place. They then checked my carpet where the previous technician was unable to get out stains. Robert, I believe his name was, then retreated areas and was able to remove the stains almost entirely. They were helpful, congenial, and respectful of me and my home.

The carpets look fantastic and even long term stains will be gone.

I've had Zerorez clean twice now. Everybody I dealt with both times (telephone people and cleaning technicians) are extremely professional and seem to really enjoy what they do. That and how clean my carpets got is amazing.

I've had other companies come through and clean the carpet over the years, and Zerorez cleaned up everything that they left behind plus the accumulation of a year plus of dirt that my vacuum didn't pick up. In addition to this, I had a spot in the middle of the room that my kids made with a sharpie, and your techs were able to get it out.

When the customer has prepared the rooms for the Zerorez treatment, your techs are fast and through. They explain the product and drying time recommendations. They are polite and knowledgeable.

No residue left on carpets. Very clean and fresh smelling. Also liked that the caroets dried within 24 hrs. Thank you for a wonderful job.

Jon and Steve were very professional and courteous in explaining the procedures and policies surrounding the job. Jon was very efficient as well as did a wonderful job! The home was a foreclosure and before that a rental, so the carpets were in pretty rough shape, but Jon turned them into like new condition and it almost made me cry I was so happy as a new homeowner. The additional recommendations for the pet treatment for the family room and Fiber Protection I think were well worth the investment. I also want to add, since I just had painted the house and put in new carpet on the stairs, I appreciated how Jon and Steve were extremely careful and respectful about protecting the house.

THE WHITE CARPET WAS DRY WITHIN 24 HOURS AND HAD A FAINT CITRIS FRAGRANCE.
THEIR NAME IS CLEVER, EASY TO REMEMBER AND ACCURATE. SINCE THEY USED NO CHEMICALS, THERE WAS NO RESIDUE.WE PLAN TO USE THEM FOR ALL OF OUR RESIDENTIAL RENTALS.
