He was prompt and even called in advance asking for permission if he could start early on the carpet cleaning.

Honestly that you take customer service it so seriouly! I was not 100% satisfied the first visit there were 3 spots that I told the first clearner I was not totally satisifed with. I told him that during the walk though and he said it would improve with additional cleanings. So you came back and I am MORE THAN satisfied and the carpets are 100% clean!

Robert did a great job and my house looks a hundred % better. They were courteous and efficient. I was especially impressed with the results on my kitchen tile floor. The grout looks like new, I do have a dark streak just over the lip of the living room rug where the dirt might have run down and hope to get that cleaned up,
